Job Details
The Premium Support Manager (PSM) will have the unique opportunity to work
closely with a very small, select group of clients. These client accounts have
high visibility in the organization. The PSM will work as an individual and as
part of a team of PSMs to own, manage and drive to completion all of the clients
support requests, both reactive and proactive, and to be the clients pipeline to
Rational engineering. The PSM will track and report on their work to the clients
and to PSS management as requested. The PSM will visit each account 2 to 4 times
annually for relationship building and face to face work. A background check to
work with certain customers may be required.

Desired Skills
3+ years experience with Rational products is mandatory for position. The PSM
will be responsible for maintaining all technical skills needed to support the
client and must be extremely tech savvy. Rational Applicant Developer (RAD)
experience is a must, as is Rational Software Architecture (RSA). Windows Admin
skills a huge plus.
