DESCRIPTION .
Are you full of energy and ready for a new challenge? Our client is seeking individuals recently graduated from college, with high performance sales experience who are looking to make a change into an industry with high rewards.
This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy building key relationships for B2B sales. Your customer is helping their clients and prospects with the purchase of employee benefits, usually the second highest expense to a company after payroll. It s a fast paced job, where you will want to generate high quote activity and focus on closing sales. There is a generous expense account, mileage paid etc. Most territories do not require extensive travel and while you can work from home, there is an office where you will want to be at least a couple of days a week.
The right candidate will:
Have at least a Bachelor s degree
Have 3-5 years sales experience after school completion
Ability to build key relationships
Have demonstrated a drive to close on sales (top performers in previous positions)
Base is $50-$70K for first year (dependent on specific qualifications) with potentially significant increases for significant performers in subsequent years.
