Job Responsibilities:

We are currently hiring for an Outboud Sales Supervisor located in our Dublin location. Our Outbound Sales Supervisor is responsible to:
Conduct team meetings
Conduct phone monitoring with an emphasis on script adherence and presentation skills of Outbound representatives
Administer company policies in a fair and consistent manner
Lead and Motivate a team of Outbound representatives
Establish an atmosphere that encourages teamwork and associate involvement
Provide performance feedback to Outbound representatives on a daily basis including goal setting
Assists in the interview process
Effectively completes assigned supervisor standard objectives
Administers performance evaluations
Adheres to the timely and effective administration of the Company s performance management guidelines
Maintains complete and timely records necessary to effectively and efficiently manage a team of outbound representatives
Attends workshops and seminars, as needed
Works with a team to ensure Outbound (department) performance standards are met
Supports the policies and programs of the Company
Escalates issues as appropriate
All other responsibilities as assigned .
REQUIREMENTS .
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are:
College degree or equivalent work experience required
Excellent interpersonal skills
Minimum 1 year experience coaching and supervising associates in an outbound sales environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience in team building and associate involvement skills
Related customer services supervisory experience required
Outstanding sales skills required
1 year selling experience in retail or telemarketing
Proven ability to motivate employees
