DESCRIPTION .
Prestigious, professional association seeks sales driven RN to head up sales division as National Sales Director. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will have the opportunity to travel (up to 50% of the time) mostly across the East coast as you develop strong relationships with existing accounts to increase sales as well as generate new business from former accounts. In addition, The National Sales Director will help to establish procedures for hiring and managing new salespeople. The primary objectives are to increase sales selling tests to schools of nursing while supporting and developing two existing salespeople. You must be able to maintain current account base and develop long term relationships with both existing and new accounts. You must be a licensed RN holding a Bachelor s degree (Master s Degree preferred). Benefits Salary + commission: $100K+ Travel (primarily East coast) Work from home Independence Visit New York office monthly 401K, medical &dental insurance, life insurance, 26 PTO days .
REQUIREMENTS .
Must have RN Bachelor s degree Preferred Masters degree (MSN, MBA, etc.) EdD, PhD Faculty experience (school of nursing) Sales or fundraising experience You must have a Bachelor's Degree and be a RN to be considered for this position. You may live anywhere on the East Coast. .
