REQUIREMENTS .
Roles and Responsibilities??
Gain a clear understanding of the mortgage process from origination thru funding
Originate loans from telemarketing, referrals, company marketing, leads and call-ins
List the customer s benefits from the loan, explain benefits and handle customer questions
Meet with customers, review and gather all necessary documents pertaining loan
Keep customer informed of loan progress throughout the loan process
Full-time Loan officer hours: MONDAY thru THURSDAY 10am 7pm &FRIDAY 10am 5pm
Loan officers are expected to show up for work on time and dress/act according to professional office standards
