We offer new Loan Officer training, 100% Independent Loan Officer Commission Splits, Net Branch Opportunities, and high volume in-bound lead calls to our In-house Senior Sales Team on a weekly basis. Our Mortgage Sales Team is made up of three types of Loan Officers with varying levels of Mortgage/Sales experience.
(Independent Loan Officers and Net Branches)
Greenlake Financial is the only Mortgage Company that offers a 100% commission split payout with NO ADMIN FEES to our Independent Loan Officers and Net Branches. Experienced Senior Loan Officers who work from home or manage their own Net Branch Offices will find that the Greenlake Financial Independent Loan Officer program beats any other mortgage company in the business when it comes to commission split payouts and support.
(Senior Loan Officers)
Experienced Loan Officers at Greenlake Financial are paid at the highest commission splits available on both company generated and self-generated loans. In addition, Senior Loan Officers will enjoy inbound refinance leads generated through our extremely successful Direct Marketing Programs. We have invested thousands of dollars in top quality marketing systems and purchase detailed consumer data to ensure our leads are HOT and ready to close. In-house Senior Loan Officers are paid a 70% split on self-generated loans and 35% on company generated loans.
(Jr. Loan Officers)
If you are interested in becoming a Loan Officer, our Jr. Loan Officer position is a great place to start. Our Jr. Loan Officers receive an initial full week of mortgage-sales training, and are mentored by a Senior Branch Sales Manager throughout their career at Greenlake Financial. One of the great things about our Jr. Loan Officer program is we provide weekly pay based on sales activity. 50% of new loan officers fail in this business because of inadequate funds to survive their first 60 to 90 days in a 100% commission based environment. Greenlake Financial provides weekly draws to our Jr. Loan Officers throughout their first 90 days of employment to ensure a successful initiation to the mortgage business.
