Request Notes: We are looking for an experienced eLearning Instructional Designer who can demonstrate experience creating innovative eLearning and applying appropriate best practices learning strategies Working knowledge of Blooms Taxonomy and adult learning principles Create sound learning objectives Develop valid/reliable assessments working knowledge of Kirkpatrick''s Four Levels of Evaluation Provide graphical art/media direction Communicate instructional design ideas effectively with constituency team, subject matter experts, IT personnel, vendors, &production personnel Understand the following blended learning technologies including but not limited to Macromedia Authorware, Centra, Macromedia Flash, DHTML, HTML, JavaScript, etc. Select and apply the appropriate technology to create blended-learning content Ability to project manage, document and communicate blended-learning project plan Ability to manage project to schedule and budget. We want someone with a degree master''s degree strongly preferred in one of the following areas Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Psychology, Adult Education, Cognitive Sciences, etc. Candidate should have project management experience in a corporate environment. This person is expected to work in a full-time temporary capacity. The preferred location for this candidate is Atlanta GA 0 Century Parkway or Denver CO 5 East 40th Ave. However, we are willing to consider someone who would like to work from home. They must have 3 years of experience in the instructional design industy, excellent communication written, verbal and interpersonal skills, demonstrated project management experience and be an expert MS Office user Outlook, PowerPoint and Word in particular. They must have their own computer. Knowledge of X.hlp, SmartBuilder, OnDemand and On line Facilitated Learning OLFL a plus. The offer is for a six-month contract that may be extended. Storyboard samples are required if the candidate is selected for an interview. Candidate must have own PC with Windows 2000 or XP.
