In-office Loan Officers (Experienced only):
You will be provided with:

-The ability to close most types of residential and commercial loans
-Approval with over 100 of the top wholesale lenders

-Beautiful office environment complete with: desk, return, filing cabinets, shelves, executive chair, client chairs, computer, LOS software, office supplies, multiple printers, covered parking, kitchen, VPN access, remote voice mail retrieval, internet, and conference room
Work from home Independent Contractor Loan Officers (experienced and non-experienced):
You will be provided with:
-The ability to receive the highest payout in the business. With our compensation plan where you can keep 100% of your loan earnings, it s possible to close 2 loans per month and earn $120,000 per year or more. The Independent Contractor Loan Officer opportunity is a straight commission, 1099 opportunity.

Requirements:
-A minimum of 1 year mortgage experience is required for in-office Loan Officers.
-No experience is required for Independent Contractor Loan Officers as other past work or school experience will be taken in to consideration and assistance is provided
-Processors must have a minimum of 1 year processing experience
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Must be a US citizen
-Must have a valid Drivers license
-Must have a valid Social Security Card
-Must live in the state of Colorado
-Must have no prior mortgage fraud convictions
-Must have a computer with internet if working from home
-Effective January 1, 2007, all Loan Officers will be required to be in good standing with their Colorado Broker Registration
