Description:
Work at home, long term (1 - 2 years), in-house temporary attorney project. This non traditional research and writing temporary opportunity is with a publicly traded corporation. Seeking candidates to work at home for a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours per week. Candidates must have at least 2+ years of law firm experience in any of the following practice areas: Securities Law, Employment &Labor, Antitrust, M&A, Corporate Intellectual Property, Bankruptcy, Banking &Finance, Insurance or Energy. Candidates must also have excellent editing, legal research, analysis and writing skills and the ability to complete assigned research and writing projects by prescribed deadlines. Prior law review or federal clerkship experience also a plus. This in-house position requires the research, analysis and writing for specialty legal publications.
