Not being challenged? Growing Software Company based in Naperville, IL seeks an exceptional full-time Developer for its implementation teams. Responsibilities include; full life-cycle development of core products, development of customer specific enhancements, and integration to existing enterprise systems. Heavy team environment in sub-groups of 2-4 team members. We want an exceptional Senior Developer that can develop, communicate and deliver quality software.
All full-time employees work from home .
We are looking for a Senior Developer with 1-3 years of Java/J2EE. Candidate must have excellent communication skills with a business mindset. Travel is minimal to non-existent. Minimal office time required, 2-4 days per month at the most.
Requirements:
* Must be deadline oriented with good organizational skills.
* Must be self motivated and able to multi-task projects simultaneously.
* Must be extremely competent and knowledgeable in web technologies.
* Ability to think analytically and strategically and execute tactically.

Compensation:
