Description
We are a dynamic, exciting, Financial Services company with headquarters in Maryland in need of several experienced Sales Professionals to join our New York team. Our products and services help consumers manage debt, and provide them with long-term financial solutions. As a member of our National Virtual Sales Team, you would utilize our systems and equipment to work from your home office (following a comprehensive training program in Baltimore).
Through in-bound calls, our Sales professionals evaluate the needs of potential clients and recommend financial solutions to fit their individual situations.
Requirements
To qualify, you must meet the minimum requirements:
College degree (related experience beyond minimum requirements will be considered in lieu of some or all of college education)
Fluent in speaking and writing Spanish/English
Minimum of 2 years experience required in a sales position (inbound sales preferred) in a related field preferred such as debt management, resolution, or settlement; collections, financial services (insurance, banking, mortgage and/or investments).
Proven successful experience in selling products/services, meeting/exceeding goals, and relationship building.
Proven ability to work independently; some experience working remotely strongly preferred.
Other relevant education and/or experience may be substituted.
