A Fortune 200 technology company has a unique and flexible position for a midlevel Counsel with Antitrust experience (both law firm and in-house experience is preferable). You would be able to work from any number of the company's offices, including NYC, DC area, California, etc. Many of the company's
attorneys work from home several days a week. Even on vacation, you can log on at any of the company's locations (and not have to take a vacation day!). The department has 8-9 attorneys (150 attorneys in the company, worldwide) and you would be reporting to the Chief Antitrust Counsel. Job responsibilities include providing support regarding the analysis of applicable
competition &dealer protection laws on current GSO programs, policies and deals, developing and negotiating US-based and/or
global distributor &select 2nd tier reseller agreements, advising on legal issues associated with distributor/reseller
termination and on-renewal, distributor/reseller compliance with contracts, the development, implementation and wind-down of US-based channel programs, among other responsibilities. Please have 7+ years of experience with the following: gray and
secondary market, US antitrust laws and sentencing guidelines, US-based dealer protection/franchise laws, commodity distribution schemes, sales and service delivery agreements with distributors/resellers, FCPA compliance matters and
