Job Location: Nationwide (Prefer East of the Mississippi) Can work from home when not at customer sites.
Salary Range: $65-$75K to start

We offer customers a suite of products and enhanced services that includes advanced Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology, and integrated network and management services to more than 40 countries. Founded in 1973our core technology is rooted in the rapid-fire, high stakes world of banks and brokerages, where we are the world leader in communications systems. The position of Implementation Engineer would be dedicated to our Command and Control division; a division that was created through acquisition in 2004. The C&C segment was formed to focus on a new and growing opportunity apart from our traditional customer base of banks and brokerages in building trading floor systems. The C&C division addresses the needs of control rooms and operation centers, specifically in the public safety arena. This includes the dispatch of police, fire, and medical apparatus and personnel. This sector can be separated into municipal, county, and state police, as well as other groups responsible for protecting individuals and property. The C&C division headquarters is located in Mt. Laurel, NJ with other C&C locations in Scottsdale, AZ and in Canada.
Job Responsibilities:
o Installation of telephony equipment.
o Installation of Client / Server computer equipment.
o Coordination of installation processes and 3rd party vendors and telephone companies.
o Support for customer site installation phase of projects.
o Heavy travel (75%) within the US.
o Maintain ongoing project support, including:
? Conference calls
? Gauntt and status tracking
? Job hour tracking
? Issue / problem tracking
o Customer GIS file configuration.
o User and technical training for customers. .
REQUIREMENTS .
Requirements:
o Technical school or BS in Communications a plus
o Microsoft SQL
o ESRI GIS
o Computer networking
? MCSE a plus
o Familiarization of 911 industry
o Familiarization of telephony (Norstar) products a plus
o Experience in Project Management and Trouble shooting techniques
