Job Description

HEALTH BENEFITS ACCOUNT MANAGER
FT opportunity for an individual w/ 5+ yrs extensive health insurance knowledge (fully insured health coverage, Section 125, COBRA, enrollment, life insurance, STD <D) plus client service experience preferably in a self-funded insurance environment. Job responsibilities: must be able to represent our organization in weekly/monthly client board meetings, suggest to clients benefit changes and programs to meet their requirements, analyze benefits programs, act as direct on-site client contact for all benefit, claims and administration questions, plus non-routine issues handled promptly, efficiently, and equitably, act as a liaison between all internal operational areas and client.
Must possess excellent customer service and written communication skills, plus be detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment, able to interact w/all level employees and possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products. EXPERIENCED CLAIMS ADJUSTER/CUSTOMER SERVICE
FT experienced Claims Adjuster providing claims processing &extensive telephone customer service. Position requires 2+ years medical and/or dental claims processing experience with self-funded benefit plans plus excellent customer service skills. Competitive salary offered. EOE.
