Job Description
Key Role:
Lead a team that provides program or task administration and document preparation support for the design and implementation of Head Start program initiatives. Provide training, technical assistance, assessments, and coordination for locally based early childhood education organizations. Assist with the development of annual training programs, profiles for consolidated training efforts, assessments of financial expenditures, and reports that cover activities, progress, and accomplishments. This position is a work-from-home opportunity that will require island-wide travel across Puerto Rico.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications: -4+ years of experience with Head Start programs -Knowledge of Head Start program regulations on the local, state, and federal levels -Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Additional Qualifications:-Ability to collaborate and foster relationships with families, teachers, and the community at large-Ability to travel-Possession of excellent customer service skills -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -BA or BS degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field-Leadership Program Certification a plus This position is employed via ASE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Booz Allen.
