well as talk with real people all on a non-traditional work schedule! Our Field Reps install, maintain, and troubleshoot proprietary hardware and
software devices used to collect television-viewing data. Managing a geographic assignment of numerous Nielsen households, our Field Reps provide stellar
customer service to ensure a positive experience for our Nielsen Families.
Position requires bending and lifting television sets.

This unique position with Nielsen Media Research offers the following:

Work from home
Non-traditional schedule including some nights and weekends
Company car
Comprehensive benefits package effective the first day of employment
Laptop computer and printer
6 weeks paid training program near Tampa, Florida temporary lodging and transportation provided
Compensation package with a base salary of $30,000 / year, paid overtime, plus incentives / bonuses bringing the annual salary potential into the mid to high 30s
Bilingual candidates who qualify are eligible for a language differential .
REQUIREMENTS .
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

Software systems aptitude and networking knowledge
Computer skills including Windows based PC proficiency
Self-motivated
Excellent organizational / time management skills
Experience working with minimal supervision
Superior customer service skills
Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred. Technical diploma, Certificate of Completion, Associates degree or military experience is a plus.
High School diploma required.
Valid driver s license required.
Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) a plus
Ability and willingness to travel preferred
