EXECUTIVE RECRUITER to Work from Home - Immediate Opening!
We have a national contract with one of the most premier firms in the financial services industry, and we are looking for one or two people to help introduce this position to candidates around the country.
This is an exclusive executive sales opportunity where you will leverage your strong sales and consulting talents over the phone and combine them with your strong relationship building skills to help our candidates through the interview process.
This is a warm lead environment. There is no cold-calling involved.
Details about the Position
The Academy Group has been in the Financial Service recruiting business for three years. We DO NOT consider ourselves to be "head hunters!" Rather, we consider ourselves to be a very professional organization that engages with our clients and our candidates as a resource to help our candidates make it through the overall interview process.
As an Executive Recruiter for our Firm, your duties will include:
* Calling candidates around the country who have expressd an interest in this position.
* Once you have shared the details of the position with them and properly screened them to confirm they are a good candidate, you will then manage the interview process all the way through to completion.
* Although this position requires that you work from home, this is NOT a part-time position. This requires a full-time effort and a very disciplined approach to being on the phone throughout the day.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree is required
- Sales and Marketing experience in any industry is required
- Financial service experience is a plus, but is not required
- Ability to communicate professionaly over the phone, and the ability to manage your day in an efficient manner is required
Training and Compensation
If you are selected, you will go through an initial 2-3 week paid training period at an office location in the Denver area.
Once you start to recruit, you will be compensated with an initial base salary for the first three months, and then after that you will be paid full commissions, with the possibility of an on-going draw.
If you are meeting your minimum goals, you should expect to earn 54K to 70K in annual compensation, and much more if you are exceeding minimum expectations. .
