Job Description:
The incumbent to this position will have the potential to generate substantial commissions! Will work from a home office and travel. General Summary: This is a senior sales role responsible for all aspects of new business generation unlimited by specific geographic and vertical segmentations. This is an individual contributor role focused exclusively on revenue generation vs. management of a sales team. This role will be a new and unique role to the company specifically designed around the individual?s existing location, network and sales strengths. This position will be responsible for the introduction and presentation of all solutions and services to prospective clients.
Requirements:
Essential Duties &Responsibilities: ? Must have the ability to target Fortune 500 accounts. ? Has been personally responsible for closing multi-year (1-5 year) profitable contracts. ? Ability to articulate the high-level value proposition of outsourcing and managed services. ? Responsible for all negotiations and pricing for new initiatives for the client, including contract negotiations and resolving any and all contractual issues and needs for the client. ? Ability to solution-sell inside a specific marketplace. Job Specifications: ? Yrs of Experience 12- 20 ? BA or equivalent experience ? 12+ years selling complex customer management/CRM solutions, or outsourced solutions ? Successful track record of selling business with an average total contract value (TCV) of $30M+ per deal. ? Proven experience building strategic relationships with customers ? Proven personally leading large strategic deals with extended sales lifecycles ( 6+ months) ? Demonstrated experience selling into C-Level prospects/clients Additional Specific Duties &Responsibilities: ? Ability to sign 70+ M dollars in multi-year contracts annually. ? Ability to Travel 50%+ of time
