Job Responsibilities:

HIRING FOR NOVEMBER CLASSES
Our Customer Service Representatives actively assist customers by phone to handle customer inquiries and determine the proper course of action to satisfy the customer.
DUBLIN OHIO LOCATION:
SCHEDULE: Monday -Saturday 3:30pm to midnight
Sunday and one set day off during the week .
REQUIREMENTS .
Education Required: High School Diploma
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is required
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency in Windows-based environment
Excellent communication skills
Stable work history
Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism
