The main task of the Customer Service Agent is to provide excellent customer service to individuals needing financial services. Work involves but is not limited to: balancing monies, reporting daily transactions, following security procedures, performing other financial services needed and daily reporting through the company s web-services.
Customer Service Agent must:
* to fix negotiations between company and customer;
* to agree and approve all terms and conditions with the customer;
* to fulfill all orders given by the company;
* to provide money transactions (customer's payment);
* to follow all instructions(indications) of the company.
Candidate requirements:
* The ability of stable communication with our company and on-time and detailed reporting;
* Familiar to working online, Internet and e-mail skills;
* US resident;
* Adult people only;
* No previous convictions, no law breach.
