Leading pharmaceutical market research company is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Customer Service Associate to join the Operations team and manage a territory of physicians in a close knit team environment.
Must have solid experience in a fast paced sales or account support environment with dynamic needs and always changing priorities.
The ideal candidate will be working from a home-based office, and must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a highly productive manner.
The position entails proactively calling physicians, as well as answering calls and e-mails with technical and non-technical issues related to Physician Network involving Network program requirements, incentives, information changes, and all other business related issues. Solve non-technical and technical issues or questions via the telephone or through written electronic mail communications. Learn all protocol associated with territory management and demonstrate the basic fundamental principals for communication and organization.
Requirements
2-3 years customer service experience
Professional and outgoing phone personality
Basic to intermediate technical skills; high level of equipment, hardware and software knowledge
The position will begin at the company's office in Hauppauge; and in January, you will work from a home based office with equipment set up by the company.
This position pays quarterly incentive bonuses.
