BODY/TEXT for Ad description:
This is a work from home position. This job can be located on the west coast preferably in California. Business Development Executive is responsible for generating a desirable volume of new commercial finance clients. This position develops production referral sources within an assigned geographic region; analyzes prospective clients and ascertains the extent of the servicing packages required; submits negotiated financing agreements for management acceptance. Incumbents generally have one to three years of experience and are capable of handling all but the most complex types of commercial finance transactions. Major Field of Study: Business, finance, sales, marketing Commercial Financing secured lending, pricing, and structuring skills. All qualified applicants MUST have strong Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Financial analysis, credit, risk management skills, Sales and marketing skills are required.
