Job Description: This position allows the associate to work from home, anywhere in the US. Currently, John Q. Hammons Hotels Management is seeking experienced Revenue Managers with Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn and Sheraton brand revenue management experience to oversee multiple property portfolios of Embassy Suites, Hilton, Marriott, Renaissance, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Radisson and Independent full service, limited service and select service assets. As an Area Revenue Manager, your primary responsibilities will include Property Level leadership for the development, execution, measurement, and evaluation for the Revenue Management discipline at your assigned properties. This will be achieved through functional oversight of pricing, inventory controls, and product distribution as defined by JQH Brand Revenue Management Strategies and Objectives. This position will be an active participant on the property revenue teams and will support the total revenue management strategies and objectives of the assigned properties. Likewise this person will be the property support liaison between the "Franchising Brand" team and JQH corporate based team members. .
Job Requirements: BA/BS 4-5 year degree or foreign equivalency. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. In preparing for this position candidate ideally will have worked in at least the following departments or positions: Sales &Revenue Management in First Class Hotels and Resorts. .
