We currently have an opportunity for two experienced Senior HR Business Analysts to join our Global IT Function, the key duties and responsibilities of our current opportunity include —
Work with HR to perform requirements gathering and analysis
Provide input into project scope documents and project plans
Follow Quintiles Systems Life-Cycle process
Create User Requirements Specification documents
Collaborate with Development on Functional Specification documents
Design and develop system test scripts and perform system testing
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and approvals
Work in assessing and resolving any outstanding issues
Develop training materials as necessary
Participate in change management and communication initiatives as required
Maintain knowledge of the IT industry with emphasis on HRIS tools, in particular the PeopleSoft HR system
BS/BA degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 3 years, (ideally 5 years or more) as a Functional or Business Analyst. Experience with version 8 or above of PeopleSoft HR is required,with version 8.8 or above desirable. The person should be familiar with the core HR modules and have an understanding of the table structures (including Application Designer) in PeopleSoft. The successful candidate should have the ability to write queries, perform uploads and do reconciliation of data, with experience on MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPs).
Strong written or verbal skills are also required and documentation is a core part of the role together with interactions of a variety of users and various levels within the organization.
An option to work from home would be considered.
