Senior Account Manager - Work From Home!

Key Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction - Monitor performance, constantly challenging and improving existing processes to maximize customer satisfaction.

Relationship Management - Developing new business opportunities and relationships with Banking, Casino, and other Cash-centric Organizations. Work flexibly with colleagues to ensure that all services proposed to customers are correctly managed in terms of feasibility, costs and timescales for implementation. Understand clients' needs and gain their confidence and respect.

Business Development - Manage and develop commercial relationships with major customers to maximize the long-term revenue contribution from each account. Produce and maintain an account development plan for each major account and new business opportunity. Provide monthly revenue forecast for each major account. Produce regular reports with recommendations on exploring new opportunities and situations.

Team Orientation - Participate in developing a flexible team approach to account management. Be actively involved in the continued development of the Account Management Team by sharing, influencing and learning from each other.

Business Effectiveness and Efficiency - Contribute to the continual development of the cash handling sales and marketing plan focusing on maximum market penetration and profitability. Ensure that each account's profitability is maximized. Proactively capture all business opportunities focusing on providing high value solutions. Provide insight on market / competitor information regarding any changes in the market place;

Knowledge and Experience

Have knowledge of Cash handling equipment and software solutions as well as Cash handling processes
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years experience in business to business consultative solution sales with a proven track record of winning major deals and achieving both revenue and margin targets.
Experience in the banking and finance industry preferred.
Able to speak other languages is desired, but not required.
