Hotel Resources, a Thirteen year veteran in the hotel services industry, is expanding our "Loaned Account Manager" program and "Site Selection Services" division and looking for dynamic entrepreneurs to join our team.

We will have opportunities for you to work both sides of the business - base pay for hotel temporary sales assignments and on-going intermediary relationships assisting Meeting Planners in finding locations for their events.

Job Requirements: .
The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum of five years hotel, group/convention sales, or meeting planning experience.
- The ability to facilitate professional high level hotel site search, concession and contract negotiations.

- Familiarity with the top conference and resort destinations across the U.S.

Qualifications:

- Basic Microsoft and database management systems knowledge
- Superior customer relations skills
- Excellent telephone sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Exhibits self confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
- Strong overall sales skills
- Ability to effectively close
- Self motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to gain confidence and build rapport with customers
- Strong analytical skills
- Desire to want to make high commissions - a driver!
