This company sells wellness programs through distribution channels. This program was developed in 1998 and is experience exponential growth. They are in need of a Sales Network Manager to head-up this sales function for the company. As the Sales Manager, you would be responsible for identifying lucrative distribution channels, developing relationships and closing long-term wellness contracts. This is a very long sales cycle that takes a lot of relationship management skills and creativity. Examples of companies/distribution channels that would be interested in this product are medical insurance companies, fitness center chains, human resource consulting companies. They would use this wellness program as an added feature to their suite of products available to consumers. For example, a medical insurance company could offer not only insurance, but also a wellness program that their clients can offer their employees.
This position requires an experienced candidate with the background, skills and success in developing complicated sales programs and managing relationships with large companies.
Candidates do not need to live in a particular area as they will be working from a home office and traveling extensively. This is a small company that will benefit from someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. There are 2 principals and 20 staff, most of which work from home offices administering this wellness program.This is a full time position. This position includes a full benefits package.
