field-based Sales Executive position in our southern California territory. As
the automotive Internet marketing services leader, Dealix offers employees the

Key
Responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate with 3-5+ years of
sales experience. You will be challenged to prospect, attain, grow, and
maintain a specified territory. Provided with a call list of leads as well as an
existing customer base, you will offer Internet lead packages to auto dealers
and assist in the successful use of our product and services.
Organization, persistence, and an entrepreneurial spirit will be the keys
to your success in meeting and exceeding a sales and retention quota. This
position allows you to work from home and
earn a base salary plus commissions, full benefits, and expenses.
Required
Skills
* 3-5+ years of sales experience
* Demonstrable
phone-based and field-based selling skills
* Aggressive, action-oriented,
results-oriented, closing techniques
* Sales skills: prospecting,
qualification, verbal presentation, and closing
*
Experience in the generation of sales revenue through new and existing
accounts
* Extensive experience in account management, renewal sales,
consultative selling, managing sales cycles, and maintaining client
relationships
* Ability to negotiate and close sales
* Demonstrated history of closing business opportunities and building
long term relationships (consistently meeting and/or exceeding quota)
* History of attaining revenue and performance goals as well as the
maintenance of a customer base
* Ability to meet or exceed revenue and/or
activity quota through full-cycle, solution selling
* Aggressive top
performer in your previous position
* Professional in-person and phone
demeanor
* High energy, self motivated and persistent
*
Goal oriented
* Superior customer service skills
* Excellent and
persuasive oral and written communication skills required

Positive, upbeat and aggressive personality is required

Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior
time management skills and ability to work with minimal

* College degree desired
Successful
backgrounds include, but are not limited to: automotive sales, advertising,
media, telecommunications, business products, software/hardware sales,
recruiting, hospitality, inside or outside sales, financial advisors, banking,
collections, yellow pages, etc.
