Their customers include Appello, Ask, ATX Group, Benefon, Google Local, Handmark, Hotels.com, Inspire, Local Matters, Maps.com, Mobile Aria, Motorola Viamoto, Networks in Motion, Pharos, Qualcomm, Rand McNally, Yahoo!, and Zillow.
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be located in the Southeastern US ideally. You can be based in any major city in the east, work from a home office, and travel to be expected in the 60% range. Location preferences in the Southeast or Texas.
The RSM will be responsible for developing and closing new sales/distribution channels within the defined territory. This position will have responsibility to manage the complete sales cycle process including: prospecting, initial sales calls, evaluation, ROI, RFP and closing of the sale. Sales support is provided with this position consisting of product managers, engineering, marketing, and technical services. The ideal candidate will reside within a reasonable travel distance to these strategic accounts. This position will support current key accounts and will be responsible to grow and maintain the revenue stream associated with these customers.
Education
Minimum Bachelors degree; Masters degree or MBA is desirable
Experience
Minimum 8 years in sales with at least 3 years in the geospatial / GIS / Location Intelligence field.This is a full time position. This position includes a full benefits package.
