Position Description The Regional Sales Manager position will be responsible for developing and executing on an aggressive customer acquisition campaign for the North East Public Sector Sales Team. This individual will lead a team of both retention and acquisition Account Executives throughout the North East Public Sector Segment developing, managing and maintaining new account relationships and delivering on aggressive sales objectives. In addition to the sales responsibility this position is responsible for the overall go to market strategy, thought leadership and must be able to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization. An in-depth knowledge of Public Sector, including S&L Government, Heath Care and Education as well as extensive knowledge of Government Procurement Practices and contracts is required. Exceptional leader and sales coach with a strong sales operations skills set and the ability to form and develop high level relationships with Government officials as well as University Presidents, Provosts and CIOs. is also required.
