Salary: $30-40k base DOE
Seeking anenthusiastic Recruiter to join our growing team of professionals.
Must have a proven track record of success working as an Recruiter with a minimum of3years (at least 1 year continuous) experiencein:
~ Staffing
~ Recruiting
~ Client/Customer Services
The ideal candidate must be team oriented, self-reliant,extremely driven, and resourceful.Incumbent will be interfacing withboth candidates and clients, so strong oral, written, and presentation skills are an absolute must.
In addition:
Will work in a team environment to provideGeneral and Technicalrecruiting support to identify and screen qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing requirements fora multitude ofclients. May also be required to administer testing,background, and referencechecks for clients. Must have good communication skills to qualify.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Must have 3+ years general recruiting experience; preferably withat least 1 year recruiting IT candidates (Programmers, Network Engineers, DBA's, Help Desk Analysts, Technical Writers, etc).
- Experience working with Vendor Management Services.
-Must have strong experience in utilizing the internet and other resources in recruiting candidates.
-Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment required.
-Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written).
-Must have excellent customer service skills, and ability to sit for long periods of time.
-Experience using Lotus Notes for email a plus.
-Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Must be able to pass a background check.
-Must be a local candidate due to no relocation and short notice for interview.
