This is a part-time, work from home position, with limited, flexible in-office time in Buckhead. Could become full-time, if desired. Work includes preparation of internal accounting for real estate investment firm with 10 - 15 operating partnerships in the U.S. and Latin America, and review of property management accounting from third party management firms. Annual review of tax returns for approximately 15 entities.

Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks; Peachtree preferable, but not required. Experience in real estate operating, development or property management companies strongly preferred.
