CDI Business Solutions is currently looking to fill an Oracle Database Administrator opportunity. This is a remote, work from home office, 12 month contract, W2 only, no corp to corp applicants please. Oracle DBA with extensive Oracle v8-10G, RMAN backup/recovery, Oracle statspack, installations, upgrades and patches. Oracle Database Administration supporting development, test and production doing backups, restores, upgrades, patching, installs, troubleshooting, space management for multiple customers. Will also be responsible for converting a large client Oracle production databases from SQL Backtrack backup solution to Oracle's RMAN. Should work well in a team environment and be able to document conversion method and decisions as well as training staff who will ultimately be supporting the RMAN solution.
