ON-SITE CLIENT LIAISON/ CLAIMS ADJUSTER FT opportunity for an individual w/ 5+ yrs extensive claims adjusting/health insurance exp (fully insured health coverage, Section 125, COBRA, enrollment, life insurance, STD & LTD) plus client service experience preferably in a self-funded insurance environment. Job responsibilities: act as direct on-site client contact for all claims & administration questions, process medical & dental claims as necessary, answer customer service calls, plus non-routine issues handled promptly, efficiently, and equitably, act as a liaison between all internal operational areas and client. Must possess claims adjusting exp, excellent customer service and written communication skills, plus be detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to interact w/all level employees and possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
