You would be on-call every other week Monday through Monday from 5p until 8:30am and then all weekend as well. You work from home and will be required to come into the office once a month for a couple of hours. Responsibilities include receiving calls from field staff, clients, and other offices. Setting up care for new clients and finding replacement staff should someone call out. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, able to multi-task, and a problem solver.
