Imagine yourself
Assuming primary responsibility for a patient caseload and communicating with other members of the interdisciplinary team to promote continuing coordination of the patient’s services.
Conducting an occupational therapy evaluation of each patient and establishing a plan of care, treatment goals, and evaluating the patient’s outcomes.
Demonstrating rehabilitation principles and supportive activities to professional and paraprofessionals staff involved in the patient’s care.
Providing the on-going assessment of the patient’s response to treatments and teaching and applying interventions as appropriate.
Teaching appropriate treatment procedures and supportive activities to patients and caregivers. .
General Qualifications Graduate of an accredited program of Occupational Therapy.
Minimum of one-year of work experience beyond graduation.
Current licensure by the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in clinical skills with the ability to work independently and make sounds judgments. .
Desired Qualifications Experience working with a pediatric patient population
Experience working in home health care .
