Job Description
For over 20 years Flagstaff Industries Corporation has beensupplying clients w/ high quality clothing in the Uniform Industry. Wecurrently manufacture from Small chain restaurants and supermarkets up to 2000unit chains.
Our growth plans have created an attractive opportunity foran experienced Sales Development Manager to work directly with our SeniorManagement Team, to quickly set in place new accounts.
Job Functions include
Prospecting to develop leads and converting to accounts.
Building a rapport with prospects so as to understand thereneeds and be able to anticipate changes that are forthcoming.
Managing accounts on a regular basis to see that there needsare met on a timely basis..
Job Requirements
Experience in the Textile industry and knowledge ofdeveloping a program from concept to initial outfitting is necessary. Contractnegotiations and, presentation experience with senior management executives isa must.
This position does require some overnight travel.
This can be a work from home situation provided you arebringing something to the table.
Strong work ethics required.
Salary plus commission based on experience and speed withwhich new business can be developed.
