24x7 support of eBiz and its related customers.
WORK LOCATION:
This position is generally for remote, work at home support but, from time to time, travel to sites local or near to Poughkeepsie will be required.
Job Description:

Cisco routers, including 60xx and 45xx series, as well as Catalyst MSFCs.
Cisco CSS (Content Service Switch), including 115xx series.
Cisco Switches, including 29xx series, as well as RPS
Cisco Pix and IOS Firewall configuration and troubleshooting. Must also be very familiar with Grouping and Access List creation.
Cisco AAA. services with TACACS, and implementing SSH support on networking devices.
Checkpoint / Nokia Firewall support with basic Unix Skills.
Juniper / Netscreen Firewalls instillation along with general functionality.
LAN protocols Gigabit Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Ethernet, VLANs and Private VLANs, Layer 3 switches, and 802.1Q trunking.
VPN tunnels with IPSec (DES, 3DES, and AES).
QoS knowledge and experience with traffic policing/rate-limiting, traffic shaping, congestion management, congestion avoidance, network capacity planning, and application performance analysis across the WAN.
Network troubleshooting and traffic analysis knowledge and experience with a packet level analyzer (Sniffer, Ethereal, Network General, etc.) is important.
Review and analyze firewall logs and syslogs.
Ability and willingness to mentor / work with other engineers as a Subject Matter Expert is extremely helpful.
