Responsibilities: .
Set-up and maintain product displays. Get product orders when necessary.
Develop, present, and implement merchandising programs with key accounts to meet sales goals and forecasts.
Support distributors and end users in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, training, and other merchandising activities.
Conduct merchandising training to Fluke field sales reps and distributors.
Perform analysis and reports of merchandising activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications: .
A detailed, creative individual with a passion for innovation.
The ability to continually evaluate processes and recommend change.
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as oral and written skills.
Customer focused.
Organized and confident to work independently, but is a strong team player.
Basic knowledge of merchandising, sales and marketing practices.
Knowledge of retail environment.
Excellent planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
Bachelors degree or equivalent in related field and 2 or more years experience in sales.
Retail experience preferred.
Other:
Frequent travel.
Work from home office.
