Procura Management, Inc. is an integrated disability management organization providing a comprehensive array of services to the Worker’s Compensation, Automobile, & Group Health Managed Care Markets. We are currently seeking dynamic, energetic, and motivated Nurses to join our team as Field-Based Case Managers. We have current openings for RN’s Full Time and Independent Contractors, within the following areas:
· Boston, MA and the surrounding area
· Hartford, CT; Danbury CT and Norwich CT
· Independent Contractors for Vermont, Rhode Island and New Hampshire
The Field Based Case Manager is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation of strategic plan and evaluating the progress of injured individuals in their journey from injury to return to the workforce. Case Managers will work with insurance carriers, care providers, attorneys, doctors, employers and the injured employee to ensure appropriate and cost effective treatment is provided. Must have RN license and a willing to travel.
