Material Damaged Specialist

Missouri, Texas, and Indiana!

Major Duties and Functions Include:
**THIS IS A WORK FROM HOME POSITION THAT CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY**
Provides exceptional customer service by supporting the claims administration process.
Receives and reviews automobile damage estimates submitted from independent adjusters or subrogation demands.
Ensures damage is relevant to reported accident.
Makes comparative review of auto body shop charges against estimating software.
Confirms repair vs. replace decisions.
Refers total losses to Total Loss Unit.
Communicates with vehicle owners and repairers of the outcome of the review process.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
What You Need to Succeed:
Minimum of 3 years auto estimating experience.
Organization and Time Management Skills a must.
Strong negotiator.
Effective Communicator.
Demonstrated proficiency in Estimate Writing.
Demonstrated proficiency using technology.
