Job Description:
Clarus Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Medical Recruiter. This position will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting for multiple Radiology and Radiation Oncology positions. Successful candidate will be able to work closely with Medical Professionals, Managers, support staff and Human Resources to fill positions within designated departments.
Clarus Medical Staffing is directly associated with the Medical Technology Management Institute (MTMI). MTMI has been a leader in providing training and continuing education to Radiology and Radiation Oncology Professionals for nearly 18 years. Our relationship with MTMI and their past students gives us a competitive edge at quickly locating candidates in a highly competitive industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and cultivate relationships with various hospitals and out patient imaging centers; recruit new candidates for specific healthcare positions; collaborate with management to assess candidate suitability, communicate progress of recruitment efforts to clients; communicate progress to candidates, and management; proactively manage sources used to generate candidate pipeline with little supervision; work with management to coordinate candidate screening process; work with management to assist in the marketing of qualified candidates.
You will be working in our Waukesha office a few days per week. We are currently looking at possibly Tuesdays and Fridays, 4 hours each day or more as needed, but can be flexible. You will then work from home days, evenings, and/or weekends on the candidate recruitment process. We will assist you in providing position leads and candidate leads for positions that you contract.
Skills / Requirements Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of recruiting experience.
Required Experience:
Problem/issue identification and resolution, project management, excellent telephone communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and facilitation skills to deal with delicate issues appropriately; intimate knowledge of all steps in the full life cycle of recruiting ; proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications; 2 years in a healthcare environment preferred; healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Home computer with high speed internet access is necessary. We will provide you with internet telephone equipment as well as internet access to candidate and client database.

PAY COMMENTS
You will be paid an hourly wage for the time spent in the office, and a generous commission on all placement fees through your recruiting efforts while working at home. Wage and commission percentage vary based on experience with an income potential of $100K+ for the right candidate.
