Job Description .
Infinity Insurance Solutions, a Premium Audit vendor, was established in October 1988, with a simple philosophy: Provide quality service on a timely basis at a fair price. We refuse to be just another high-priced, low-quality, slow and unresponsive service company.
We are seeking individuals that live in the Kansas City, MO or Overland Park, KS areas who are career oriented, hard working, self-motivated and highly organized. Qualified individuals will PERFORM INSURANCE PREMIUM AUDITS BY PHONE FROM THEIR HOME on commercial insurance policies: Policy types include, but are not limited to, Workers’ Compensation and General Liability.
Qualified applicants will be responsible for …
a. Scheduling appointments using an automated appointment letter system
b. Contacting the policyholder by phone on the scheduled appointment date
c. Reviewing the policyholder’s operations and writing a detailed description of the operations
d. Gathering necessary accounting data and completing the audit report on company provided computer and software
e. Providing a workspace at their home with highspeed Internet service
Our customers comprise over 100 property and casualty insurance companies who hire Infinity to conduct phone audits on their policyholders. Our audit service includes an analysis of the policyholder’s operations with a detailed review of the appropriate accounting data used by the insurance carrier to accurately calculate the Final Premium due on the policy.
The time sensitive process concludes with the submission of an accurate, complete and professionally presented summary report to the insurance carrier created on a company provided laptop and related software applications.
This is not a sales position. Our company does phone audits nationwide and works strictly under contract for the insurance industry. Each Phone Auditor is expected to process a minimum number of audits each week, however, will be paid on a production basis permitting them to earn more income by exceeding production expectations.
Ongoing company expansion has created opportunities for phone auditors with our organization for applicants who live in the Kansas City area.
Qualified candidates will have:
A High School Diploma or better. Some business related college courses preferred.
The ability to organize and manage a large number of assignments in a manner that successfully meets customer and company time service standards while maintaining an appropriate level of product quality based on industry standards and specific customer requirements.
A desire to work with minimal direct supervision from an office in your home.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The ability to multi-task.
Advanced computer and typing skills including spreadsheet, word processing, email and Internet applications.
Pay & Benefits:
Starting Gross Income of $20,000 if minimum production expectations are met. Starting pay could be higher if experienced in the industry.
Compensation evaluation completed after 120 days of employment.
Potential income of $30,000 or more with increased production.
Benefits including health coverage and a 401K plan.
Bonus potential of 3 - 5% if time service standards are consistently exceeded.
