A moderate-size acute care hospital that offers ambulatory, emergency care; on-site comprehensive Cancer Center; on-site Cardiovascular Center; full-service maternity unit with a state-of-the-art level II NICU; staff of more than 500 physicians; intensive care unit and cardiac care unit, Senior Behavioral Health Unit, we are looking to fill the following positions:
INPATIENT CODING COORDINATOR & OUTPATIENT CODING COORDINATOR
-FLEXIBILITY TO WORK FROM HOME -Positions Requires: RHIA or RHIT or equivalent experience, with a CCS and/or CPC; 2-3 years ICD-9-CM and CPT-4; knowledge of anatomy, physiology, diseases processes, and medical terminology.
Certified Coders: Inpatient, Outpatient, ER & E/M professional
-FULL TIME AND PART TIME REMOTE CODING!
-Position Requires: CCS and / or CPC or candidate agrees to successfully pass the CCS or CPC within one year of hire; knowledge of anatomy, physiology, diseases processes, and medical terminology.
Senior Data Abstractor - Flexibility to work from home - Position Requires: RHIA or RN, with working knowledge of medical terminology, disease processes and familiarity with the medical record. Requires current Atlas abstracting ability with documented 95% accuracy rate. Computer proficiency including Atlas, Word, and Excel required. Must be able to type well enough to enter data via computer keyboard.
