Executive /Major Account Sales Rep Lighting Electronics
This position is a home office-based position. Applicants may work from a home-based office in any of the following cities: Chicago, Phoenix, Dallas, Denver. We prefer candidates located near a major airport. 50% Travel.
Position incumbent averages 10+ years of Sales experience. Responsible for a growing major business segment with LED Systems(LS) modules and Solid State Lighting products with Arrow Electronics and Avnet. Participates in strategy setting with the LS business unit, and is driving this new startup business segment.
Manages the business to achieve maximum productivity/customer satisfaction. Responsible for forecasting, employee development, pricing, customer satisfaction and adherence to budget.
Develop programs to grow sales and maximize profits for Arrow Electronics and Avnet.
Work with the OEM sales reps and LS rep agents to drive solutions at the OEM level.
Work with the OEM Business Development group to drive new customers to SSL solutions.
Requirements:
BS, Minimum 10 yrs experience
Experience selling in the electronics industry a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-Starter
