This PM will lead the deployment of the company’s Enterprise Security Compliance Tools through all US based Strategic Outsource accounts. These tools include User Revalidation Testing, and System Registration (both Security ID tools), Enterprise Compliance Managers (Security Compliance tools to ensure we're compliant with all security policies) and Internal Compliance Reporting. You will be part of a team of 8 Project Manager's supporting this deployment. You must have data security knowledge/experience.
Successful PM must have the following demonstrated skills:
Strong communications skills, verbal, written, and ability to negotiate with account managers. Drive results, manage to a schedule, deliver within budget...must be able to influence others to get on board and drive to project completion. Strong Relationship skills; be able to influence without direct authority, gain support among competing needs, ability to "escalate" effectively balancing project demands and people issues .
Proven PM practices:
Can initiate the project and be self motivating, can develop project plans/schedules. project requirement documents such as Statement of Work, can execute to project plan, can control project by managing scope, using proper change control processes, can track, publish, and communicate status, can identity and manage risks and issues, can close a project and follow proper process. You will be reporting to the Program Manager.
Other Information:
First shift, on call will be required but no week end coverage will be needed for this 8 month contract assignment. Work from your home. .
