Carrier Relations, Account Manager

LOCATION: Position is located in East Coast Region (remote)

Job Description:

Key point of contact for daily operational issues for all carriers.
East coast position will be regionalized- This position will be allow individual to work from home in the east region.
Work to optimize carrier yield performance.
Provide technical project management in implementing new private label sites at carriers and/or other technology implementations as required.
Develop business plans and prepare business reviews for carriers.
Position will be responsible for technology implementations and be accountable for program deadlines.
Participate in new carrier “Kick-off Meeting” and work with regional Account Coordinators and Account Specialists to oversee the implementation.
Lead weekly “regional” status meeting and work with content delivery team to set priorities. Act as the first point of escalation and work closely with the regional Directors, regional Account Coordinators, and Account Specialists to resolve showstopper content issues.
Work with carriers and internal resources to analyze new supply opportunities.
Work to liaison with other eHealth leaders to uncover and communicate site changes and enhancements to carrier partners.
Conduct other analysis/research/or reporting as required.

Requirements:

Must have a BA Degree, Masters Degree a plus.
Must be able to work independently and have good analytical skills.
Candidate must have prior experience in Healthcare, industry, and/or experience in technical services support or consulting.
Extensive project management experience is required.
Prior successful experience in client management is required.
Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the U.S., although most often on the East coast.
Must have proven interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across functional areas. Must be capable of working effectively while working remotely.
