We’re looking for an RN with case management experience to join our Indianapolis team. As the Call Center RN, you would perform telephonic health assessments to our members. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy flexible hours and have the ability to work from home after proven success in the role. Key responsibilities of the Call Center RN include:
Contacting eligible members telephonically
Directing members through the healthcare system to ensure they use the service appropriately
Gathering medical information
Providing members with needed resources
Documenting all contact with members
Documenting all information throughout the process
Qualifications .
Requirements include:
A current, unrestricted RN license for your state of residence
Solid clinical experience
A background in case management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
In addition, ideal assets include:
Bilingual skills (any language)
Experience working with state and government programs
Certification in case management
Call center experience
