As an Independent Advisor you will learn to market and sell our real estate investment training and mentorship program. Along with our partner, we are currently mentoring over 25,000 people nationwide on over 40 strategies of real estate investing, including residential, multi-family, commercial, foreclosures, tax, legal and self-directed retirement strategies. Your clients will have access to face to face, online, and home-based education with over 20 investor professionals to personally mentor them.
You can pursue this part time or full time. Work your own hours, work from home or any of our offices nationwide. Many professionals and business owners leverage this opportunity on a part time basis to earn $5k-10k a month. SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Independent Advisor is rewarded for assisting us expand our business across the US by facilitating the sales of our premier real estate education. Functional responsibilities include relationship based sales, marketing, and customer service. Compensation is based on experience, abilities and results.
Daily activities include:
· Hunting and Farming new customers
· Assisting customers by responding to inquiries
· Assessing clients needs, and assisting with funding
· Acting as an information guide for new clients
· Solving clients challenges with creative thinking
· Engaging in team training and leadership development programs
We provide you with the education, tools, and mentorship to facilitate your success.
REQUIREMENTS
