Primary Objective: Generate new cases for the LiveNote World Service court reporting business. This will involve identifying finding / qualifying leads, creating presentations/proposals, closing deals, and working with World Service Operations staff to ensure success for each case.

Major Areas of Accountability: * Secure upcoming cases through meetings and proposals with key decision makers (50%) * Stay abreast of potential future cases, pursuing potential leads (20%) * Manage your own pipeline of cases to ensure that you reach sales targets (20%) * Transition cases to the World Service Operations team. (10%) Financial Responsibility: * Responsible for sales targets Education and Experience: * Undergraduate degree required; Law degree preferred or equivalent experience. * 5+ years of related sales experience. Knowledge and Skills: * Exceptional working knowledge of sales and marketing concepts, methods, techniques and strategies. * Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. * Strong sales management and negotiation skills. * Effective time management skills. * Ability to work from home office and travel within assigned region. * Proficient in MS Office suite/Internet.
